To begin using Cytobank you need a web browser and an email address. Cytobank works on any web-enabled device but the experience is optimal on a normal desktop or laptop computer.
Cytobank supports current versions of Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. For best performance, we recommend using the most up-to-date versions of these browsers. We advise against the use of Internet Explorer as it does not support all the features of Cytobank.
Cytobank interface performance will be best with a minimum 50 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed. You can check your connection at speedtest.net.
Note that you can only access your Cytobank account on a single browser or device at one time. Logging in to a second browser or device will cause you to be signed out of your initial login instance.
